The school was established by Late Syed Iftikhar Hussain Sb. in 1978 to serve the pressing needs of the minority community for quality education. It has grown into a full-fledged institution of academic learning and is recognized as amongst the best known schools in Saharanpur. It was inaugurated with the blessings of Late Sayed Iqbal Hasan (Alig)(Retd. Basic Education Superintendent 1950-78).
The school owes its vision to late Maulana Abul Hasan Ali Nadwi, world renowned personality.
